Updating Your Profile
Change your email address, phone number, or residential address anytime from Account Settings. Email changes require a confirmation link sent to your new address—click it to activate the switch. Phone number changes for two-factor authentication (if enabled) take effect immediately.
You cannot change your full name or date of birth once verified (these are locked to your KYC documents). If your registered name or birthdate on file is incorrect, contact our support team with updated documentation, and we will process a correction request.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Settings
The Payment Methods section lists every deposit and withdrawal channel linked to your mesin4d account. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet accounts. When you add a payment method, we store the last four digits and the associated account holder name—full account numbers are encrypted and never visible in the UI.
You can add multiple payment methods to one mesin4d account. However, withdrawal funds always return to the original deposit methodthis is a standard anti-fraud safeguard. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to the same local payment wallet. If you later want to withdraw via online payment instead, you would need to deposit via e-wallet first, then withdraw to that mobile banking account.

Adding a New Payment Method
Click "Add Payment Method" in Account Settings. Select the type (e-wallet or bank), enter the account holder name (must match your mesin4d profile exactly), and confirm. For bank transfers, provide your bank code and account number. For e-wallets, we verify ownership via a small test deposit.
Once confirmed, the method appears in your Payment Methods list. You can now deposit to that method. Withdrawals will route back to the original deposit method, maintaining the anti-fraud chain.
Security Settings and Password Management
mesin4d security starts with your password. Store it in a secure location—our support team never asks for your password, and we never transmit it via email or chat. If you suspect your password is compromised, change it immediately from Account Settings > Security.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but recommended. You can enable 2FA via email (confirmation link sent to your registered email) or SMS (one-time code sent to your registered phone number). Once enabled, every login from an unrecognized device requires 2FA verification before access is granted.
Your account also logs all login attempts—successful and failed. View this log in Account Settings > Login History. If you see logins from locations you do not recognize (e.g., outside Indonesia when you normally access from Jakarta), this may signal unauthorized access. Change your password and contact our support team immediately.

Transaction History and Account Audit Trail
Every deposit, withdrawal, bet settlement, and account change is recorded in your Transaction History on mesin4d. You can filter by date range, transaction type (deposit, withdrawal, game outcome), or payment method. This ledger is your proof of account activity—use it to reconcile your balance, verify withdrawal status, and identify any unauthorized activity.
Deposits appear immediately upon successful payment processing. Withdrawals show as "Pending" until our payment partner confirms settlement to your registered account—this typically takes 24 hours for digital wallets, longer for bank transfers depending on your bank's processing window. Once settled, the status changes to "Completed".
Each transaction includes a reference number, timestamp, amount, and payment method. If you dispute a transaction (e.g., a deposit that did not credit), provide the reference number to our support team—they can trace the payment through our banking partner's system and investigate discrepancies.
Notification Preferences and Communication Settings
mesin4d can notify you of account events via email or SMS. Deposit confirmations, withdrawal requests, login alerts from new devices, and promotional updates (if you opt in) are sent based on your Notification Preferences. You control which notifications are enabled and which channel (email, SMS, or both) receives them.
During major sporting events like Liga 1 matches or Piala AFF tournaments, we may send optional notifications about upcoming fixtures, live-market updates, or limited-time promotions. You can disable promotional notifications entirely from Account Settings—this does not affect security alerts (login attempts, withdrawal confirmations) which remain active by default.
Email and phone number used for notifications must match your registered profile. If you change either, update your notification settings so alerts reach you at the new address.
Account Closure and Recovery Options
You can request permanent account closure anytime from Account Settings > Account Management. Upon closure request, you have a withdrawal window (typically 30 days) to extract any remaining balance. After this window, your account becomes permanently dormant—no new logins, deposits, or activity are possible. All data is retained for compliance purposes but your account will not appear in mesin4d's active user systems.
If your account is locked due to suspicious activity or security concerns, we notify you via email and provide instructions for account recovery. Typically this involves re-verifying your identity or resetting your password. Our support team guides you through each step—response times are standard business hours.
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We send a reset link to your registered email address. Click it, create a new password, and you regain access. This process takes minutes and requires no manual intervention from our team.

Deposits, withdrawals, and betting continue; only bank-transfer processing may experience delays due to bank holidays. Our team does not access your password or PIN. If you need account recovery, we verify your identity via email confirmation or ID re-submission, then help you regain access. We never conduct account changes (payment method updates, email changes, or closure) without your explicit, direct request through your own logged-in account or signed support ticket.
